    Kajetan Galas is a pianist, organist, and educator. He is a leading figure in the jazz scene, consistently ranked among the top musicians in his field. He is an official Hammond Polska artist and a multiple-time winner of Jazz Forum's critics' and readers' polls.

    As the leader of Organ Spot, he has released two albums, including Oitago (2025), and has recorded 16 CDs in total.

    He is a member of numerous acclaimed ensembles, including Michal Urbaniak Organator, Stanislaw Soyka & Arek Skolik Trio, Margo Zuber, Yarosh Organ Trio, Patrycjusz Gruszecki Trio, and Tomasz Pruchnicki Quartet. He collaborated with jazz icon Janusz Muniak for years, co-creating one of his final musical projects. A laureate of major jazz competitions such as the Blue Note Jazz Competition, Jazz nad Odra, and Krokus Jazz Festival, Kajetan has also been awarded the Creative Scholarship of the City of Krakow and numerous academic and artistic grants. He has performed alongside jazz greats like Peter Bernstein Mike Stern, Ed Cherry, Nigel Kennedy, Janusz Muniak, Jan Ptaszyn Wroblewski, Piotr Baron, Maciej Sikala, Henryk Miskiewicz, Marek Napiorkowski, Apostolis Anthimos and many many others. As a soloist, he has collaborated with Sinfonia Varsovia, the Kraków Philharmonic Choir, the Big Bands of the Academy of Music in Wroclaw and Kraków, and many others, playing over 50 concerts annually.

    Alongside his concert career, he is a passionate educator. He has taught at the Swiatniki Gorne Primary Music School (experimental pop vocal class) and the Kraków School of Jazz and Popular Music (piano, Hammond organ, and theory) and is a lecturer at the Karol Lipinski Academy of Music in Wroclaw, mentoring young jazz talents across Poland.
